I started this blog as a creative way to get my thoughts out because I enjoy writing! I ran across many blogs, but one in particular caught my attention and inspired me to start one of my own. Laura Lacquer has a blog called A Little Bit of Lacquer. She is a young mother and doctor, who shares her life through blogging. My favorite thing about her blog is that her life is different from many people I know or from my own life, yet it is very inspiring because she is relatable. I hope that I can do the same through my own blog, but with my own personal twist!


So what's the purpose for my blog? My goal is to hopefully inspire and motivate people who are thinking about becoming a Registered Nurse, going through nursing school, and who have made to the point of taking the NCLEX and obtaining their RN license. And then of course, life after  NCLEX and facing the real world of obtaining your first RN job. I like to motivate people and help them see that anything can be accomplished if you work hard and stay positive!


I will be sharing my life as a Registered Nurse and the struggles I dealt with and continue to deal with asI grow in my career, as well as the enjoyable moments and success I have experienced thus far, in both my professional and personal life.
